I highly recommend Addie if you're looking to buy in San Diego! She is a local native so she is very familiar with how buying here works and she was very clear with her communication throughout the entire process. Addie was able to get us our home for under asking and the sellers to fix all of the items on our repairs request list. She was proactive, friendly, and very helpful even after we closed by connecting me with reliable contractors, handymen, etc. Addie made our experience seamless!

Addie Jacobs represented us when we recently purchased a property in San Diego. We randomly reached out to Addie when first looking at the property, and I cannot say what a fortunate call that was. Put simply, Addie is THE BEST! We live out of state, and when we needed her guidance through the purchase, she was there to explain every step of the process, every document required for the purchase, and was our eyes and ears from start to finish. Addie very patiently answered the million questions we had, always with an answer, or willing to dig in to get one. Our acquisition process was quite short, but from inception of the our purchase through closing, Addie was there for us... in fact, now that we have closed, she has continued to be of great help with our post closing needs. We feel so fortunate to have found Addie, we could not have asked for a better realtor, and partner. None better. Addie was so helpful throughout the buying process for me and my girlfriend! During a seller’s market, being a buyer was certainly a challenge. She set us up with several great options to look at, helped us evaluate potential homes based on our needs, and eventually worked with us to get an accepted offer on our home. Thanks Addie....Addie helped sell my rental condo on Crown Point. It sold in two days for $130,000 over asking price. WOW
Since I had a renter in the unit, Addie was there to show the unit, both days. She gathered offers which there were 8 of them, and we together decided on the one with no contingencies, 21 day escrow. 22 days later my money was in the bank, Addie really worked it! Would call her in a minute when I have another property to buy or sale...

Addie was so amazing!! My husband and I don't have super flexible schedules but Addie jumped over every hurdle in order to help us find our home! This is a great real estate team/platform to work with and Addie Jacobs is outstanding! My wife and I love working with her. Previously we had been using the popularly known red platform to learn about San Diego and its areas before relocating down there, however, while we were seeing a quantity of open homes through that platform, it felt overwhelming without many fits for us at all. After working with Addie, we immediately got more hits from her site that were to our liking (some of which didn't even surface on the other platform!) and she was extremely responsive to all our questions! Additionally, the Opal Team introduced new features on the site which allowed us to evaluate our current property in real-time and look at various options for working with the equity in the home as well as applying it to new property. Insightful information and we absolutely recommend both Addie and the platform as we continue to work with her!

Is one of the best Real Estate Agents if not the number ONE agent in the San Diego area.
She does her due diligence for the house you're buying and the house you're selling.
She walks you step by step from beginning to close.
Also with her contacts something simple as a home inspection, just to make sure you know what you are getting into with the home you are thinking about.
Their will be NO surprises.
She also must know every contractor in the
San Diego area to help you out. She gets the quotes for you so you can make a intelligent decision weather to buy the home are walk away and search for another. ADDIE is GREAT!!!

When I initially started my San Diego home search, one of the key things was to find a trusted Real Estate Broker. Having asked for recommendations from a friend in the industry and in doing my own research, I narrowed the list to three candidates to interview, which included Addie. In my one-on-one conversations with Addie and in the manner she approached the discussion, the thoughtful questions she raised, the suggestions she provided, I became convinced that she would be the best person to work with and help me. In making that decision to hire Addie and having worked with her from the very beginning to identify and narrow properties/location, it was a breeze. During the process, she also came through with a lender recommendation when I needed to quickly secure another lender when it became clear that the lender I initially started with wasn’t going to work out. She was by my side, communicating and looking after my best interest to the very end. Addie was on top of each aspect of the sale of our condo. She had workers who quickly painted the condo and did some needed repairs.
Then she listed it on a Friday and had 9 competing offers by Monday. She determined the most likely buyer and got another offer from them quite a bit above their initial one. Escrow closed within about 3 weeks.
We were happy with the entire process from the listing to the close of escrow.
