We’re so grateful to have found Anne to help us find the perfect home for us! Anne and Kylie made the house search experience so seamless for us — from FaceTime showings before we could get to NC to in-person showings once we arrived they were there for us every step of the way. We powered through A LOT of showings, and both Anne and Kylie were determined to help us find the one (which we did!). They were there to answer any and every question we had, at *literally* any time of day, which really helped to make the process as easy as it could possibly be. Can’t recommend working with Anne enough, she’s so knowledgable about North Carolina, and the real estate market, we truly felt she had our backs throughout the whole process, and we’re so appreciative of her help and guidance along the way!

It was such a pleasure working with both Anne and Kylie! My husband and I had been looking for our 1st home in CA for 2 years, before we decided to move across to NC to be closer to family. I found Anne on Instagram and chose her because she had worked with 1st time home buyers and transplants before, had a clear passion for real estate, and loved Raleigh. My husband and I flew out to Raleigh for a week and got the "Tesla Tour" of all of the Raleigh neighborhoods. She and Kylie really listened and took the time to understand what we wanted. Even after we flew back to CA, they took my parents and sister through houses that we were interested in. 3 months after working with them, we found our dream home and couldn't be happier! They both made the process of buying a house across the country so easy and pain-free. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a realtor who really understands the Triangle and takes the time to forge relationships with their clients.

Anne and Kylie went above and beyond, bringing me an unsolicited off-market offer to sell my condo and helping me find a new home in a very tough market. They were willing to work with my schedule, were knowledgeable of all the pros/cons of different neighborhoods, and have continued to be helpful identifying contractors post-closing. Anne was such an amazing help with finding our perfect house! We were buying from out of state and could not fly in to view houses. Anne would FaceTime, take videos and pictures and made us very comfortable making decisions from so far away. There are so many wonderful things I could say about working with Anne!  I just purchased my first home thanks to her help and expertise, and I can confidently say I could have never done it without her. Being new to the area, and as a single woman, this can be an insane market to even attempt such a thing. Thankfully, I found Anne, who made me feel supported and cared for throughout the entire process, and made what could have been a stressful process pretty fun. She's also incredibly patient! Anne always made herself available to answer all of my (many) questions, was super responsive, and was the best advocate every step of the way. We bought our home from 800 miles away - all thanks to Anne. This is our third purchase in the past few years, and Anne was easily the BEST agent we worked with. Our situation was unique in that we were moving from out of state and needed her to be our eyes and ears on the ground in Raleigh. She spent an entire Saturday driving around showing us neighborhoods so that we felt comfortable moving on a property if/when it came on the market. We watched for a few months and then jumped on a few properties, ultimately closing on the home that checked all of our boxes! She was incredibly patient with our over-communicative style, and responded to every text within minutes. This gave us tremendous confidence in conducting the entire process from afar. Her knowledge of the Raleigh area and the market potential of properties was extremely helpful to us. Even after the transaction was closed, Anne helped to coordinate a few services prior to our arrival. We plan to work with Anne on another transaction in the near future!

Anne was fabulous! She searched with us for 6 months and boy was it worth the wait! We found our dream home! She advised us to see every house that came on the market so we would know when it was the right one, she was absolutely right. She was always very knowledgeable about the homes, neighborhoods, and answered all our questions. She always inspected around the property to ensure proper drainage, checked basements for water, and thought of all the things you may not think of when you are trying to view a house in a short time period. We not only gained a house but a new friendship as well! Anne became a great friend and we will miss seeing her on a daily basis. As a first time homebuyer there is a massive learning curve when it comes to your first home purchase, especially in our current market. What truly makes her special is that she is a genuinely kind person that cares about her clients. Anne is fantastic at what she does. She helped me and my family find a condo in downtown Raleigh. As first time home buyers we thought it would take a while to find something affordable, but Anne found a great place within a few weeks. Whenever we had a question, she got back to us right away.
