I’ve been working in the Phoenix Real Estate market for 18 years and I’ve lived in the North Valley for 9 years. Helping people with their Real Estate needs is always a priviledge. I’ve worked New Home Sales, Investments, Short Sales, Bank Owned Homes and Resale. I’ve been certified in Short Sales, Negotiation, Distressed Properties and E-Pro Marketing, and Feng Shui. I’ve also worked for a “Green” builder and I feel it has given me some extra knowledge of construction & energy efficiency that sets me apart from many other agents.

April is to a fault detailed, conscientious and caring. She went above and beyond in her research, previewing, and listening to what we needed before we took time from our busy lives to go and look at the homes with her. She explained the process step by step, showed us the research as to what the best offer was to make and worked with the sellers agent to come to an agreeable price. We never knew how much work that could be, and then the inspection Wow this is where April shined working tirelessly to get necessary items fixed, while working with a seller that really didn't want to work with us. Once that was done, then the seller was slow to move out - April was now in double overtime helping the seller and the selling agent to stay on schedule as we had a very small moving-in window with our jobs. April made it look easy just like in the movies, but let me tell you she was on it everyday and made us feel appreciated, supported and protected. If you don't hire her shame on you.
