Arti Miglani

Arti Miglani views her role in assisting buyers and sellers as more than a career—it’s an opportunity to make a difference in people’s lives. She separates herself from other realtors by being a great listener, highly professional, strong negotiator, problem solver and tech savvy marketing specialist. Yet, she considers her most valuable asset to be her exceptional customer service—her willingness to go the extra mile for her clients. In her 28 years of experience as a Bay Area Realtor, she has established an excellent reputation among her clients as well as other real estate professionals. She is consistently recognized as a top producing agent and has been recognized as The Leading 100 Top Performers in the Bay Area Real Estate.

Her commitment to providing top-notch service for her clients runs parallel to her leadership roles in the community. She has long been an active member of the PAUSD Parent Teacher Association and was the hospitality Chairperson at Palo Alto High School. In addition to her community service, Arti is a member of the California Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Silicon Valley Association of Realtors. In 2000 and 2008 she was President of the local chapter of Women's Council of Realtors where she served as the Ways and Means Chairperson from 2009 through 2011. Currently, she is active in Children International-Bay Area Chapter—an organization committed to empowering children around the world.

Prior to her real estate career, she managed a Teacher Resource Center where she organized in-service educational workshops for schoolteachers. She also served as administrative support for the Four Seasons Hotel in San Francisco. She earned her Master of Science in Education from California State University, East Bay, as well as a Master of Science in Zoology from Delhi University, India, and raised 3 children.

A long-time Bay Area resident, Arti has a great appreciation for the exciting diversity and uniqueness of Bay Area neighborhoods. She is widely traveled and has lived on the continents of Asia, Africa and North America. She is committed to her family, her community, her profession and her continuing efforts to better the lives around her—one person at a time.
