We worked with Ben to find a second home in the Phoenix area. He is very knowledgeable about the Phoenix area having been born and raised there. He was very patient and was available to us when we came to town and provided his expert opinion on each home. Once we found a home he remained available and assisted us throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend Ben for anyone buying or selling in the Phoenix area.

Ben was great to have as a realtor because he’s patient and very helpful. It doesn’t matter how long it takes to find the house you like. He is always willing to research different properties for you or take you to more showings. Ben was a fantastic real estate agent, after moving to Arizona, almost a year ago. Ben was my 4th agent that I have worked with. It was night and day difference. He was very professional; always on time, his vast knowledge of information was magnificent. He looked out for my interest, and for my 3 animals. He did NOT try and convince me to purchase a home that would not work for my family. We continued looking until we found the perfect home.
Ben guided me through the whole process from the beginning to the very end. He kept me informed and advised me as to what I needed to do next. He ensured that this was not a stressful process to go through.
We looked at many different properties and, in the end, I bought a brand-new house, with a yard that is fabulous for my three animals. Ben will be my agent forever! He was always a quick text or call away from any answering any questions I had. His team provided access to expert level real estate service as the process came to a close. Buying and selling a home is never an easy experience. That being said I could not have asked for a better person to help my family and I both sell and find an even better home that fit all our needs and frankly many wants too lol. Ben Orozco always made sure to find time to help answer any concerns we may have had and made sure that we never felt like taking our time was a waste of time. Not once did I feel too stressed because I knew Ben had my families best interest in mind and was always looking for ways to make this process as painless as possible. Many time he showed me things I didn't even notice were great answers to the question, "what needs I am trying to make sure are taken care of for myself and my family". He never once failed to bring to our attention any possible issues we might have by trying to force a home to fit our needs and not once did I think I was settling. In my opinion he went above and beyond what we could have ever imagined and expected from a true professional. Ben is the best! He sold us our house 10 years ago so we called him to help us sell it again. He helped us prepare our house to get the best offer and walked us through the process of marketing our house and negotiating our contract. His help searching for a new house in a seller's market has been incredible.
