I first met Brent through a referral about 6 years ago and at the time, I was trying to short sale my condo. Although that did not workout due to the Bank dragging their feet on the process, Brent and I stayed in touch and four years later, I was ready to start looking for a home again. At my budget, finding the right fit was not easy and after a few months of searching, I ended up signing another lease at my apartment and decided to give it another year. Again, Brent was there, ready and willing to assist. Although my budget was better now a year later, finding the right home was still not easy and we narrowed down options month after month. Never did I feel pressured or rushed and Brent always seemed to have my best interest at heart when responding to my concerns and answering questions. Brent also always worked around my schedule when setting up appointments to look at homes. When I finally found my house, that is when the real work began and Brent walked me through every step of the way. He even met me at the Title company when I had to sign all the paperwork. At the final walk-through, there was a problem with an item the seller was supposed to fix but was not, Brent personally stepped in to make sure it was addressed and extended himself to ensure I was happy with the resolution. I feel like if I would have had anyone else as my agent, I would not be a homeowner now. If you want a real estate professional who is there for you whenever you need him, Brent Kastanowski needs to be your agent. I went into this insecure about what I could afford in my price range, I did not have time on my side, I needed to close by a certain date to be out of my apartment that I was giving up AND I didn't have conventional financing, so my offers weren't enticing for the seller. Brent didn't worry, he knew I'd find a place that was not in the ghetto, in my price range and close in time. Well, he DID. He looked multiple times a day to see if anything popped up. We looked, and looked, and looked. He found the perfect place, the area I wanted to live, the right price, he wrote an offer that was perfect, and it was accepted. I got my house, in a nice area and closed even a little earlier than I needed to. Brent was great, he's busy, but I NEVER felt that, he was ALWAY available when I needed him to be, that speaks volumes about how good he is at what he does.
