From my very first time I worked with Brett Young, Brett has displayed extraordinary diligence and knowledge, as well as trustworthy advice in the home-buying process. He always answers questions promptly, addresses concerns without making clients feeling any pressure, and guides his clients through the buying/selling process from beginning to end with ease. He does not merely show you houses for sale, but makes excellent and constructive observations that are extremely helpful based on his experience. Brett is very experienced and knowledgeable in the home buying process. Ten years ago, I bought my first home and I honestly knew very little about the process of buying a home and what to look for. My wife and I were first time home buyers. Brett did a phenomenal job of explaining the process to us. He was patient with us as we went through things and was willing to work with our schedule. Ultimately, we were able to find the home we wanted, at the price we wanted, within a very reasonable time frame. Brett has lots of knowledge of the local area and clear experience with real estate. He is also very personable and easy to work with. One thing that we appreciated the most was his honesty. Instead of rushing us into the first home we found, he made it a point to give us as much information as we could, ensuring that the fit was right. I highly recommend him. We plan to use his services for all future real estate dealings.

Brett helped my husband and I purchase our first home back in 2011. Since this being our first home Brett helped us every step of the way. Didn't matter how many times I would ask questions or have him repeat answers he was professional. Buying your first home can be scary and exhausting, but Brett always made us feel safe and secure. Not to mention I was pregnant with our first child. Brett was so patient with me. I love receiving Christmas cards and running into him around town. You are always in good hands with Brett Young.

I started using Brett as my realtor back in 2008. We have bought and sold 3 homes since then. He is our go to guy for any and all questions. He is so patient and hard working. If your like me and say you want one thing and change your mind later, Brett will just roll with you! We have recommend him out to all our friends and family. Brett keeps up with all his clients thru the years, remembers your kids, remembers your interests, and always keeps in touch. He is attentive in every way. I can't say enough good things about him and his Group!
