Brian sold our house in less than a day and for over asking price. He was knowledgeable about what we needed to do to get our house ready to sell. After inspection the things I thought were a big deal really weren’t and he really helped to put things in perspective. Very responsive, any time I had a question he was there just a phone call or text away. He even answers the phone when he is running on the treadmill. He is right when he says it’s gonna be A to Z, stress free. Highly recommend.

Working with Brian Havens has been an amazing experience he absolutely knows what he’s talking about, in the beginning I was hesitant to even try to sell or buy a home because of the pandemic but Brian didn’t give up on me.
