Courtney helped us sell a home and then purchase a new one a year later and she was phenomenal in both transactions. In selling, she helped stage, paint and was an excellent communicator for each and every step of the way. Her attention to detail and passion for her job are impressive. Courtney is a realtor that puts her heart and soul into her profession and will walk hand and hand with you through the entire process. She anticipates all the issues that could arise during the process and resolves them before they become a problem. Throughout the process she studies the market extensively, knows what buyers are looking for and understands the current trends. The first time she goes through your home, she has a vision on how to showcase your home to capitalize on the current trends.
