Jamie really helped me through the process as a first time homebuyer with great attention to detail during shows as well as being incredibly responsive. Jamie is a joy to work with. She was very patient with this cranky old geezer and never showed any sign of frustration. She was always just a phone call away and works very hard at her craft. She is a superhero without the cape. My wife and I always felt like we were her most important client and I highly recommend her to everyone. She handled the sale of our home and the purchase of the new one with both transactions professionally done with the most money we could expect from our old home and the lowest possible price on the new one. Do yourself a favor, quit looking and give Jamie a call.

Jamie is about as good as it gets. Patient, thorough, good communicator, customer service centric, and honest. This is the second time we have worked with her in the last 3 years. The latest journey took nearly 2 years and she never wavered. She not only helped facilitate the purchase of the home but made recommendations for financing, inspections, and home repairs. If you are looking to buy or sell a home in the Indianapolis area, you will not find a better person to work with.

Jamie was amazing when we sold/bought our home! Her knowledge and attention to detail provided the direction we needed to get our old home sold. Without her responsiveness and attentiveness we would have missed the opportunity to even see our current home as there was interest from multiple parties but Jamie was first to the table with her requests! She was very knowledgeable about sale preparation and made the selling process a breeze. Cindy was quick to make appts for inspections, appraisals, repairs, etc. She was a fair negotiator and never pushed us into a transaction we weren’t comfortable with. When we had a last minute cancellation on listing photography she was quick to find a replacement. Her attention to small details was outstanding.

She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and most of all was very responsive. Moving your family out of state is difficult enough, but Jamie made it very manageable. Jamie is fantastic and made the selling process easy and pain free. We had a condo we needed sold after renting for many years. She gave us expert advice on what we needed to update to get top dollar, had contacts she trusted to do the work, and knew the comps in the area to price right. We sold the property in a few days after listing but had a slight hiccup with the potential buyers requests. Jamie handled negotiations with speed and grace to seal the deal that left both parties happy. Jamie is one of the most professional, driven, and client oriented person I have ever met. We had the pleasure of working with Cindy in July /August 2021 on the sale and purchase of our past and present homes. We have gone through this process more than we’d like to admit. This was our first time working with Cindy, and we will never use a different agent again! Her professionalism, knowledge, communication and overall services were impeccable. A few highlights to note:
- We never had to pickup the phone … as in to call her (she was always right on top of things and contacting us before we could contact her) and she took care of scheduling things, such as the inspections (we have never had an agent do all this heavy lifting for us!).
- She sold our previous home in the blink of an eye for $35,000 over ask and managed to work out an awesome deal on the purchase of our new home (we landed a traditional purchase when there was nothing traditional about the market).
- When a few issues came up during inspection, and we were about to walk due to what was presented to us, she knew just what to do and had a professional HVAC expert on the phone with us the next morning to walk us through everything. Turned out it wasn’t worth walking away from and we learned exactly what we needed to know.
- She truly has the best interests of her clients in mind. Every brokerage and agent claims they do, but sometimes they just want to get the deals done and checks cut. Not Cindy. She truly had our best interests in mind. We were never rushed, pressured or felt like we were being swayed in one direction or another. Even when she lined up an expert for us to speak with- she knew we loved the home and hated to see us walk away from something based off the words of an inspector before we heard the nitty gritty details straight from an expert in the field.

Bottom line: the buying and selling process can be stressful and daunting. We have never had everything be such a BREEZE (especially in the crazy housing market that was 2021). Hands down, we would never go through another Realtor or Agency!
