He has a keen understanding of people, their behavior, and how the real estate market moves to reflect their needs and desires. This same understanding, converged with his legal acumen, enables him to be an expert strategist and negotiator.

As the founder of The Formation Team, it is his mission to make sure that 100% of his clients feel fully informed about their decisions. In an effort to raise the bar of service even further for his clients, Daniel is also the co-founder of Eagle Street Development, a boutique development group focused on executing ground-up and gut-renovation development opportunities.
