She is very professional and goes the extra mile for her clients. We are very particular and want everything done right the first time around. Deborah Harper represented us on the purchase of our first home. She worked closely with us every step of the process. Made us feel comfortable and represented us well. She went above and beyond the duties of any other agent I have worked with. She is a wonderful person and an amazing broker/agent. When it comes to your San Diego Real Estate needs, look no further. Over the past 4 years, Deborah has helped us to purchase one home and sell two others. Deborah listened to our needs, provided excellent market analysis, and provides regular updates along the way.

As a listing agent, she got us top dollar on both of the homes we sold. She assisted with decluttering/staging the home and made reasonable suggestions for updates and repairs that would increase value and marketability. She insisted on being present for all inspections (most realtors do not do this for the seller,) and by doing so, was able to get a sense of the buyer's attitudes regarding the home/purchase and any concerns the inspector had (prior to us actually receiving the report.)

As a buyers agent, she was patient and really listened to our needs. Deborah provided honest feedback on the properties we viewed (the good, the bad, and the ugly,) and put out any fires that arose, remaining cool, calm, and collected the entire time. I saw a "For Sale" sign pop up on a home in the neighborhood we wanted one day before we were viewing properties together. She negotiated access to the home, even though it wasn't going on the market until that weekend! We were able to submit our offer letter prior to the property hitting the MLS and prior to their open house which gave us a jump start above other interested parties. This ended up being the home we purchased. I'm not sure another Realtor could have pulled this off.

She has also helped countless clients of mine over the past 6 years, all of which have raving reviews as well. Deborah is an absolute joy to work with, both professionally and personally and I trust her implicitly when it comes to our San Diego real estate needs.

I have had the pleasure of doing 2 transactions with Deborah Harper. She listed and sold a home for us in a timely manner. She gave us easy to follow steps to get our house on the market and get the best price. She is a fantastic negotiator and does not let any detail slip by her!
We also bought our dream home through Deborah Harper Homes. There were multiple offers and she fought for us. She has fantastic connections with contractors, plumbers and inspectors! She helped us take care of all the pieces that go along with buying a home. She leaves no stone unturned and is very professional!
