About Dian
Service, knowledge, and skills are important to Dian. Since joining the real estate industry in 2002, she has made it a point to pursue advanced training and credentials. She has her broker's license and is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). Only 4% of all Realtors have the experience, commitment and advanced training necessary to obtain this designation. She has earned the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) advanced designation. To better enable her to assist clients needing to sell estate properties, she has also obtained her Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist designation.
She has a passion for sustainability, recycling, and resource conservation (energy and water efficiency). For that reason, Dian has also obtained her National Association of Realtors GREEN designation that provides additional education about energy-efficient/high performing and "green" homes.
