Eliane's appreciation for the Classic and the Exotic stems from her Eurasian heritage. After many studies and global travels, she recognized that the real estate profession and its diverse components provide a unique opportunity for creativity and business. Decades ago, she was inspired by Hudson Valley's natural beauty, cultural and educational offerings, charming villages, and centuries-old history. Her foothold in real estate began in beautiful Stone Ridge over 35 years ago. With her husband, she has designed, built, and renovated homes in Woodstock and Manhattan, and worked with renowned resort property architects and designers from Miami and Mustique Island. She knows that both luxury estates and jewel-box cottages are private retreats, each as Home.

Eliane is familiar with, and enchanted by, the many possible landscapes and architecture from which to choose a country home. She is also adept at guiding her clients through their planning and design process, should they be so inspired. As in architecture, so in life – path and place are key. Eliane's path has returned her to this place for the good life it offers, and now she lives in Rhinebeck. She is passionate and uncompromising about her profession and will facilitate her clients' home country endeavor from the first thought through handing them the keys.
