Franck Costa brings to the table his experience and leadership skills from his strong background in Marketing, Sales and Real Estate. Originally involved in his family's International Real Estate business for over 12 years, he passionately gives exceptional service to residential home buyers and sellers in San Francisco; along with his wife & business partner Sara Werner Costa.

Franck and Sara—founders of the top-producing *Costa Group* at Vanguard Properties - have 18 years of combined Real Estate experience. They specialize in carefully educating clients; and successfully guiding them towards successful closings of residential listing and purchase transactions of condominiums, single-family residences, and TICs in the city. Their approach is aggressive, but always kind, warm and thoughtful; innovative, yet always integrating old-school, tried and true ways; passionate about life and their work - and, yes, they are workaholics! They are just the people who any buyer or seller would want on their A team.

As a committed Real Estate Professional (and one of the top elite players at the San Francisco Tennis Club!), Franck is results driven and an excellent coordinator. His approach as a creative strategist helps him negotiate outstanding deals for his clients. Franck is also well known for his impressive ability to "ace" the sales of his new construction listings for his Developer clients.

Prior to moving to the United States, he was born and raised in Brazil where much of his family still resides. Growing up in a Real Estate-oriented family, the business runs through his blood. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and his MBA in Marketing.
