It was a pleasure working with Janaki as she helped us to identify a suitable replacement property. We had a 45 day deadline and Janaki took that deadline seriously. She interviewed us to determine our needs, likes, and dislikes. She listened carefully to our desires and quickly lined up several properties (that matched our criteria) for viewing. Janaki's knowledge of the market, area demographics and growth potential helped us to refine our criteria and narrow down our selections and submit offers in a timely fashion. Cognizant of the time deadline, Janaki maintained daily communication with us to guide us toward a timely decision and selection. After we hit a few snags in escrow, Janaki recommended several people in her network that were qualified to help us resolve the snags and allow us to proceed to close escrow. Janaki went above and beyond by assisting us with preparing and negotiating the rent back lease agreements with the seller. I look forward to working with Janaki on our next real estate transaction.

Janaki is a dynamic & a knowledgeable realtor. She is personable, trustworthy & responsible. She guided us through a time sensitive real estate transaction very efficiently. . She walked us(no pun intended)through every step of the way resourcefully, making great recommendations for a smooth transaction.
