About Jay

My approach to real estate is one that is consultative and relational, and my primary objective is to be a trusted real estate advisor for all my clients. In any real estate transaction, I believe in providing the necessary information and guidance to allow each client to make a sound real estate decision. In other words, I consult and advise but, ultimately each client has the final say.

I have called Tampa home since 2018 and I love everything the Bay Area has to offer. There is so much to experience in Tampa Bay and I can't imagine myself living anywhere else. I love working as a realtor because I have a true passion for helping others. Buying or selling real estate can be one of the biggest decisions anyone can make, so I strive to provide a service of excellence that helps guide my clients through every step of the process. My goal is to consult and advise so my clients have all the necessary information to make a sound decision. I insist on putting my clients first and I believe that conducting business with integrity, trust and outstanding communication works best.

Prior to real estate, I worked in the public relations field where I developed strong communication, customer service and social media skills which transfer effectively to the real estate industry. My advisory approach, combined with communication background, has proven to be an invaluable combination when representing clients in their real estate dealings. When working with me, you can expect a high level of professionals, great communication, honest advice and diligent efforts in representing you.

I grew up in Starkville, Mississippi and received a bachelor's degree in journalism and a master's degree in sport administration from Mississippi State University. I spent over 15 years working in athletic communications before transitioning into a successful real estate career. I met my lovely wife Dee in 2015 and we married in a beautiful ceremony in North Carolina in 2021. We recently celebrated the birth of our first child, Jordan, in June.
