Jeane led us through every step of the process, beginning with getting the house priced right to go on the market. She gave us wise advice about repairs in anticipation of the listing and did the staging on her own. She was also able to recommend good, quality contractors for the work we needed to get done. When it came time to decide whether to accept an offer, Jeane brought real value by walking us through all of the options before us so we were able to make an informed decision. Most importantly, Jeane will tell her clients when she thinks they are making a poor decision. That was the case with us, and she protected us from ourselves. We will forever be grateful to her for her wonderful service.
