We were recommended to Jill and Richard by a friend when thinking about purchasing a home in Anthem in 2018, couldn't have been happier with the experience, the Tetsell teams experience made the whole experience easy and hassle free since we were in Illinois during the whole purchase time. What a great experience. We were out of state trying to put this deal together and Jill very professionally handled all the details, keep us well informed and got us to closure very timely. This was an assumption of a very low interest rate on a VA loan which hadn’t been done in a while by both the lender and the title company, Jill got all parties the info needed and the assumption was completed. We have bought many homes and this was the smoothest we have had ever had. Thank you team Tetsell. In addition, they were attentive to our needs after the close of the home. We highly recommend Jill and Richard.

I would highly recommend working with Jill and Richard. We sold our house the first day and got $25,000 over ask. That said it was not a slam dunk. It was in mid May and the market was slowing down quickly. We had one offer which was great but I was a little bit concerned because I knew our house wasn't perfect and that the buyers may get cold feet or change they're mind before, during or after the inspection. Looking back, had I not followed their advice every step of the way we could of possibly lost the deal. Thank god everything fell into place and we closed on our house. All this said Jill and Richard are really good people and really good at what they do. They've certainly earned our trust and gratitude.

We had an absolutely superb experience working with Jill Tetsell. It was completely by chance that we ended up in Anthem and met Jill at an open house. Then to our surprise we fell in love with the community and knew this is where we wanted to retire. Long story short we asked Jill to help us and it was the best decision we’ve ever made.

We were living in WA state and we relied heavily on Jill to help us find our new home, she was super attentive in sending listings, promptly following up then going out to look at homes for us, she would send photo’s, video’s etc. Essentially Jill was our “boots on the ground” and it turns out that’s exactly how we found our dream home. Jill offered sound advice in preparing our offer and it was accepted.

Jill went right to work and had everything set up when we arrived in Anthem. Our offer included a 6-month lease back period so she helped us set that up with the sellers, so nice!! Our entire closing process was seamless and Jill kept us informed all along the way. Keep in mind this was all during a global pandemic while we lived in another state.

Jill was flawless in handling all the moving pieces of our purchase and everything went off without a hitch. Even after the closing Jill made sure our move went smoothly and graciously helped out anytime we called, which was quite often.

We truly consider Jill and Richard our close and trusted friends, they are sincere, genuine and kind and always want nothing but the best for her clients.

I can't say enough about Jill Tetsell of Realty Executives. My wife and I met her when we happened to check out an open house on a day when our realtor was not available. When we eventually realized that our original realtor was not going to work out for us, we remembered how helpful and knowledgeable Jill had been during our visit to Anthem.

During the entire house hunting process Jill was very good at pointing out key features or faults of homes without imposing her opinion. She listened to our likes and dislikes about houses which got reflected in the types of homes that she suggested for future showings. And after we went into contract, Jill guided us through the process and was incredibly responsive and patient when responding to all of my questions.

This was the fifth time in my that I have bought/sold a home. In the past, I had always felt disappointed with my realtor and jealous of the buyer’s or seller’s realtor. This time, it just felt right! I would recommend Jill to anyone after the great experience we had with her.
