Joshua Painter

Joshua Painter relocated to Southwest Florida from West Central Ohio in 1999, starting out on construction job sites and serving in the Florida Army National Guard. His passion for new home construction eventually led him to pursue a career in real estate. In 2004, Joshua studied at Ed Klopfer’s School of Real Estate in Fort Myers, finishing at the top of his class. He specializes in Southwest Florida new construction homes and Lee County residential real estate.

Joshua is driven by building relationships and providing exceptional service to his clients. His strong work ethic, in-depth market knowledge, aggressive marketing strategies, and sharp negotiation skills allow him to deliver extraordinary results. His goal is always to exceed client expectations with high-quality customer service.

Happily married to Deanna, Joshua enjoys living in Cape Coral, Florida. Outside of work, he can often be found at the soccer field with his son, the volleyball courts with his two daughters, on the golf course with friends, or fishing. Joshua loves a good challenge and values laughter and fun.
