Julia Tsurusaki

Having lived on the Eastside and in Seattle, Julia Tsurusaki has been helping clients navigate each of these unique markets for over 15 years. Her relaxed manner is backed by a deep set of real estate skills from leasing and property management to buying, selling, and building strategies for real estate investment opportunities. Julia opened The Saki Group in 2018 in an effort to provide her clients the most tailored experience possible. Julia is adept at helping clients understand how their property fits in the marketplace. Through historical and current comparisons and her focus on the nuances of each neighborhood, she is able to help customers build a foundation that sets individual properties apart from other homes on the market. Customers enjoy working with Julia because she brings an intelligent approach to the real estate process, whether it be leasing, buying, or selling. Strategies are based on historically significant data and are designed to appeal to clients looking for investment opportunities as well as those interested in the emotional draw of a specific home. Julia is a trusted resource for her customers with many choosing to collaborate with her on multiple occasions. This includes residential customers but also extends to other brokers who rely on Julia’s expertise in negotiating strategies, client relations and documentation to help smooth their own processes. Over the course of her career, she has signed 1000s of leases, negotiated 100s of purchase and sale agreements and receives glowing reviews not only from her clients, but from renters, vendors, neighbors and more. Julia has served on numerous forms committees, written articles for local housing associations and served as a broker mentor and manager to over 15 brokers. Julia is a life-long resident of the Seattle area and a graduate of Gonzaga University with a bachelor’s degree in Finance. She enjoys being a part of this community, as a Sounders FC season ticket holder, former assistant coach for Roosevelt High School women’s soccer, wife, and mother of two. Julia holds a Washington State Managing Brokers License and Designated Broker License in the State of Washington. She is passionate about providing her clients with the highest level of care and personal attention throughout their real estate dealings.
