Kelly started in real estate in 2001, first as a Seattle townhome developer. You can trace the launch of his real estate career back to 1997, when he purchased his first home as a result of knocking on the homeowner’s front door! This exemplifies what he achieves for his clients today – uncovering every opportunity to help clients successfully buy and sell real estate.

Kelly business career encompasses education and training in accounting and finance, business valuation, and real estate development and brokerage. This collective experience of a strong work ethic, financial analysis, and customer service benefits my clients before, during, and after the real estate transaction closes.

Kelly’s personal interests include Seattle’s professional sports teams, his son’s high school basketball team, his daughter’s division I equestrian team at Auburn University, and his family’s vacations to Hawaii. He lives in the Magnolia neighborhood and can often be seen walking the Magnolia Bluff with his wife, Jacquie.
Speaking of Hawai'i, Kelly is also a licensed realtor in the State of Hawaii and loves helping friends and family with their island real estate dreams.
