I am a Realtor with JZ Realty in the beautiful Ventura, California. I am very proud of our quintessential beach town, and I believe everyone who lives here deserves a home of their own and my job allows me to find them and sell them. I started my Real Estate career at eighteen, and my specialty was horse property. I grew up in the foothills of Sunland/Tujunga and rode ponies and horses many days of the week with my friends. So selling properties that accommodated these fine creatures was not only fun, but gratifying. I represented Century 21 for 18 accomplished years before moving to Midtown Ventura in 2001 - and in 2007 I joined Helen Yunker Realty.

Choosing to work with Helen Yunker Realty was an easy decision for me. My background was with a large Corporate Office and I craved a more intimate climate. I met Marty Harder and knew from the start that he was who I wanted to work with. Not only was he brilliant, but having a solid moral compass along with maintaining an honest reputation was what he required of me. "Always put your clients' needs first"; he said which for me was music to my ears. I am fortunate enough to have a family that includes my handsome husband, wonderful daughter and sweet son. Both of our children have attended Ventura schools that I am so proud of. I have participated and continue to participate where needed on their campus when time permits. I have many repeat clients, and a referral clientele which is really the best compliment or testimony of my career. My Brokers retired at Helen Yunker Realty and I chose to work with Julie Zermeno at JZ Realty. JZ Realty is a collective of knowledge and experience. We are a small group with decades of experience where meeting the clients needs are the intention. My hope is to share my knowledge with you and either find your dreams come true, or pass your baton on to another happy family so that they may carry on your traditions.
