I was lucky to meet Kimberly during the time when I was house hunting and relocating to the Thousand Oaks area, from Santa Clarita. Prior realtors I worked with, simply didn't understand my wants and needs, including financing. Kimberly exceeded my expectations on every level. She took the time to know me and understand me as an individual. She literally matched my needs to the right home and price. She made it her job to show me as many houses she could, almost on a daily basis. She understood my urgency and worked out every detail, plus was extremely instrumental in getting the funding done within a deadline. This Christmas Eve is two years since I put my key in the door of my new home, that I still adore.
