Highly recommend working with Kristi! She is amazing! I was looking for a perfect home in Corona for me and my parents. Kristi never rushed us into anything and took her time to show us homes (we were a bit picky). She is very knowledgeable in the real estate market. We found a home we loved and ended up paying what we wanted and not a dime more. Kristi has excellent negotiation skills. Kristi was instrumental in helping us close on the house in time. When both the lender and escrow team could not get important documents Kristi rushed to figure out a solution. Kristi is also a great communicator, always quickly responds with all concerns and questions in a timely manner. She even follows up after closing to address concerns.

We connected with Kristi Robles through Realtor.com and collaborated with her for approximately two years before purchasing our current home in Orange County, CA. Kristi was very knowledgeable in the geographic area and guided us throughout the real estate process as this was our first time purchasing a property. She communicated very well and was very responsive which was appreciated. Kristi answered our questions and even helped resolve some difficulties we had with our lender. Kristi recently helped me sell my property in Hesperia and buy some land to build my dream home. Even though we had some problems with the buyers, Kristi was great at handling everything and made sure we closed the deal.

Buying the land was super quick and easy, all thanks to her. She was professional and really committed, which made the whole process a lot smoother and less stressful for me.

When first connecting with Kristi for our CA Home search, we knew right away that we were working with someone quite attentative and patient to our needs and desires. As a buyers agent we can truly say, she was outstanding at making herself available in a manner that made our home purchase from a long distance that much easier. We met Kristi a couple times in person during our CAlifornia home search which encompassed several months, however most of our discussions and viewings were conducted long distance via FaceTime and Zoom where Kristi was more than accommodating. She was our eyes and ears and truly did an amazing job negotiating and administrating during the entire process. She not only made things stress free but would check in regularly to insist that she take things like calling our lender off of our plate. The very BEST! We recently began looking for a rental home. I applied on Zillow and set up appointments to tour various properties. Kristi responded to my application for this particular house and assisted me throughout the rental process. We fell in love with the house the moment we set eyes on it, and the same day we applied, we received approval in less than a week. Kristi was so nice to us and responded to all of our inquiries quickly. She would contact Justin, and just like her, he would respond quickly. They are efficient and know exctaly what they were doing.

We'd never bought a house before and weren't sure what to expect. Kristi had been highly recommended to us. Let me tell you she EXCEEDED our expectations. She has a very kind demeanor, knows her stuff when it comes to homes, resale, inspections, specs, etc. I felt so comfortable with Kristi. She was great about making appointments immediately, she always got back to us, and her advice was incredibly useful. I will definitely be using her in the future if we decide to sell. She wasn't pushy at all, worked with our budget, and gave great advice about areas, schools, future resale, etc. Her team was also lovely to work with.  They all were great about communication and can answer any questions you have at a moment’s notice. We can't say enough wonderful things about Kristi. Less than 60 days from start to finish. And we also changed purchase houses with about 40 days remaining. She still got it done. 100% via remote communication. She’s incredible!
