Land Cook

Land is a broker and contributing writer for Urban Living. He loves condos and townhomes and helping people find the next space they call home!

Before becoming a real estate agent, Land worked at several tech startups around Seattle in a variety of roles. He got his degree in Theatre from the University of Maine because Land loved learning about people too much to keep pursuing a degree in math and physics.

He lives in Renton with his wife and covers South and West Seattle and all of the Eastside. Before living in Renton, He lived in Ballard and Queen Anne for over three years and in West Seattle for five years.

When not helping you buy or sell, Land works on small projects around their house, and when not doing that, you can find him trail running on Cougar and Tiger Mountains, playing basketball, or geeking out over board games with friends.
