I recommended Lynn Aldrich as your realtor. She is a true professional. Her hard work and patience the patience she showed us is beyond reproach. Her knowledge and wisdom ensured our home was prepared listed and sold quickly. We being clueless about procedures to sell a home had a lot of questions. We were definitely unsure of ourselves. She had all the answers but listened to us intently. She went far beyond that extra mile to assure us and make us confident. Because we were unable to stay in the area she and her husband assisted us with a problem that came up with the property. Not too many or any for that matter would have done that for a client. I consider her a great friend and only wish she was in the area we are relocating to because We would only chose her if we could.

I recently utilized Lynn's services to rent one of my condos. I am not a very organized person, so it immediately captured my attention that she is! She was tenacious about getting my property rented, so much so that she had a qualified renter 4 days after listing. The renter was in my condo within 15 days, which is the best anyone has done. As a landlord several states away, she made the entire process very pleasant with very little lost revenue . I can't thank her enough for her friendly and professional attitude, both with me and my renter!

Lynn is an outstanding agent. She listed our house in July and the very first day we already had 3 offers. We were under contract within 2-3 weeks. In fact we close 27 Aug 2021.
