A licensed real estate professional since 2012 and involved with owning and managing real estate for over 20 years, Marcia brings experience in marketing and customer service to residential real estate sales. She loves being in a business that allows her to celebrate all the great aspects of the Ukiah Valley and Inland Mendocino, the place her family and she call home.
She grew up in marketing, public relations, and business management, was exposed to the best graphic designers, product designers, and marketing minds in New York and San Francisco, and went on to start her own marketing, event, and public relations consultancy based in San Francisco. That experience truly colors her eyes on how a property should be marketed, regardless of its listing price or location, but more importantly on the level of service and professionalism that should be provided to clients.
She is perennially curious, and an avid reader, which helps her stay current on California real estate law, technology, and tools to make her job as a realtor more effective, and your job as a Seller or Buyer more worry-free and enjoyable. Selling or buying a property is a milestone for anyone, and while she does not have all the answers, she is an expert analytical person and will work diligently to help you get to the answer, “Yes.”
