After a very successful career in both real estate and the hospitality & tourism industry, Marie Bellitto has proven that outstanding customer service and dedication to complete customer satisfaction yields tremendous results. She has been a Top Producer at Cervera Real Estate for the past 4 years and enjoyed similar success in her roles as the Director of Sales and Marketing in the hospitality field. Having joined the ranks of Cervera Real Estate in 2006, Ms. Bellitto also earned the Rookie of the Year award at her first pre-construction site, "The Venture at Aventura" and was quickly promoted to manager of the resale development, "Harbour House," and, in a two-year period, sold out 200 units for a total of $100 million. Today, she leads high-end sales efforts as a manager at the acclaimed Beach Club Hallandale property. Nominated for two years in a row for the outstanding manager of the year, she specializes in condominiums ranging from the low $200 thousand to the high $2 million, and in such in-demand areas of South Florida as Bal Harbour, Sunny Isles, Hallandale, Hollywood, and Pompano Beach.
Ms. Bellitto is a long-time member of the Institute of Certified Travel Agents (ICTA) and holds the accreditation of Certified Travel Counselor (CTC). She was also nominated by the City of Hollywood for Businesswoman of the Year, 2003, and has been a member of Broward County Master Brokers Forum since 2010, and is also active on the board of the Aventura Marketing Council. In her private time, Ms. Bellitto is involved with the American Cancer Society to help children with cancer and assist breast cancer sufferers and survivors. Born in Rome, Ms. Bellitto is fluent in four languages: English, Italian, French and Spanish and has traveled the world attending trade shows and learning all she could about the local economy and business patterns of her various destinations. She holds a degree in business and finance from McGill University in Montreal, Canada.
