Beau was great to work with. I was closing on a house on the west coast of Florida and with me living on the east coast, he was a HUGE help in preparing the house for sale and fixing everything. He also took care of roof estimates and met with 3 different roofers saving me several 8 hour round trips over there. It was a huge relief knowing that Beau had an eye on everything during the sale and closing process and sent me daily and weekly emails and texts concerning bids and closing info.

I’m not sure I could give Beau the praise he deserves. We moved from out of state and through a referral decided to work with Beau. Right from the start he was super helpful, friendly, and easy to communicate with. We were looking at properties across the state from where his office is located. He had no issues making the trip when we flew out and spent two full days with us while we looked at several homes. We expressed that we wanted to find something and be under contract during the two days and Beau worked hard to make that happen. When we closed on our new home he made the trip again. The final walk they the night before showed us that the house was very dirty, not what we hoped for. Beau tried to get a cleaning crew in, on his dime, to make sure it was ready for us. When the cleaning crew cancelled he bought cleaning supplies. At 8am when we arrived with our moving truck and no one to help unload, Beau was there and ready to assist us. He saw to it that we had everything we could need to make the transition as smooth as possible. If you want a great realtor who will help answer every question, treat you like you are family and utterly bend over backwards to help you make your dreams a reality; I would say call Beau! His work ethics are out of this world! I never felt like he was just in it to sell a house but rather to ensure we were more than satisfied with our transaction!

He is tenacious, good listener, problem solver, great communicator and follow-ups with all parties involved. We have no regrets in hiring Beau and would have him represent us in any future buy or selling of a home.
