We worked with Max to buy our house a few years ago and now to sell it. Max is great to work with, very responsive and knowledgeable. He helped us with the listing and setting the price, finding a stager and photographer for amazing photos and we sold our house for a great price. We couldn't recommend Max highly enough!!

We used Max and Hannah to sell our home and we were exceptionally pleased with the results.

They planned everything and executed the process with confidence, closing ahead of schedule and well under budget. Max loves what he does and it shows.

Once we started working with Max, he scheduled all of the contract workers (painters, staging, repairs) and got the house listed right on time to build excitement for prospective buyers. The house was on the market for little more than the weekend before we had multiple offers above our listed price.

As the sale made progress towards the close, we were kept informed of completed items, and given a heads up on requirements for upcoming steps well in advance.

I highly recommend Max and his team to all of my friends and family looking for an agent who is an absolute professional.

I could not be happier with my experience of working with Max. He guided us through every step of the process calmly and deftly. Max helped us understand the market and figure out what we really wanted. He worked hard to get us everything we asked for (which was a lot). He never pressured us, but was always responsive to our needs. Now I'm sitting in my own home! I would not hesitate to work with Max again.

Simply the best real estate broker in town, a true sniper specialist for Bay Park / Clairemont / coastal San Diego. Look up his stats, there are many reasons why he dominates as a top 1% agent. Max and his team were awesome to work with on both the sale of our old house in Clairemont and the purchase of our new home in Bay Park. Our purchase transaction was not easy but Max and Hannah handled it like pros, making sure to keep us apprised of any needed documents or any timely updates as we brought the deals to a close. Even after the sale/purchase was complete, Max and his team continued to keep us updated on the market and have provided numerous referrals to assist with the home improvement projects that we have planned for our new home. Max represented me in the purchase of my first home, which can be a scary process, and I cannot say enough good things about him and his team. He was with me every step of the way. After setting up my inspection I had several follow ups, regarding the pipes, foundation, etc. and he attended each one of them, sharing his years of experience and providing advise on how to proceed. Ultimately, I could not have asked for a better outcome, nor had done it myself.

I will recommend Max to my family and friends as well as use him if I ever make a move.
