Michael Arp

Michael Arp joined Morgan Skenderian Investment Real Estate Group with over a decade of multi-family brokerage experience. Prior to joining Morgan Skenderian, he worked at Vanguard Investment Properties, a north Orange County firm specializing in apartment brokerage and property management. Michael was an ideal fit for Morgan Skenderian because of his long term vision to developing client relationships by committing to his client's needs first. Michael strives to exceed expectations through his extensive market knowledge, dedication, and professionalism. His transaction experience includes 1031 exchanges, reverse exchanges, property management, REO bank owned properties, and installment sales.

Michael graduated from the University of California at Irvine with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. He was raised in the Bay Area and currently lives in Orange County with his wife and two sons. Away from work, Michael enjoys travelling, playing active sports and spending time with his friends and family.
