Michael Swindle

Michael Swindle is a second generation REALTOR® and graduate of the Mississippi University for Women. His career in Real Estate started in the South East before he relocated to the great state of Arizona. Michael has the experience of working with both buyers/sellers and specializes in resale homes or condos. There are many facets to his abilities such as consulting for remodels, obtaining investment properties, or supervising rehabs for Clients. Michael is part of an All-Star team complete with assistants and Transaction Managers, he prides himself on being the main point of communication for his clients at all times. His ability to respond quickly and jump on a home at a moment’s notice makes the difference between an accepted offer and a missed opportunity. Michael’s deep knowledge of the home buying process along with his creative problem solving skills, aid in accomplishing a smooth escrow. Outside of the Real Estate world, Michael has his wife Marina, daughter Heidi, and two dogs Lucy and Gottfried. They can be found in their North Scottsdale home preparing for Marina’s next Junior League charity event or out enjoying one of the many activities that the Phoenix Metro has to offer.
