Loved the entire process with Michelle. We are extremely happy with the purchase of our second home. Since we are from the Midwest, we did everything over the phone etc. she and her staff were extremely helpful on every way and very courteous throughout. Very fun attitudes and the best part is that we got a great buy on crazy awesome home for the best prices ever. Lastly I loved her honesty. I recently bought my second home, having sold my first, and this time around I worked with Michelle Fairchild and her team. This experience was by far the better of the two. Michelle was a fierce representative. The home we bought required a lot of negotiation to get the credits we needed for repairs and she absolutely knocked it out of the park for us.

We will be in a home that will last the rest of my kid's childhood and its because of her tireless work. I do not know when I will move again, but I know I will be calling her.

Michelle not only helped me find a home over three years ago that I could qualify for she moved mountains to get me in there because I had nowhere to live. Then when I had to relocate my family to Arizona she quickly stepped in and got my house sold in record time and help me pay things that I didn’t have the money for up front.
