Nick is a forward thinker. A dedicated agent who constantly focuses on building and maintaining positive relationships in order to create strong foundations for the growth of himself, his teammates, and his clients. He takes great pride in his work and places the highest value on ethics and integrity.
Before finding his way to real estate, Nick spent nearly 12 years in Marketing. During that time he quickly rocketed from an entry-level position to multiple management positions, and ultimately earned a place on the executive team and gained valuable professional experience in multiple areas. In 2015, after identifying a lack of growth opportunities available to him, Nick decided to change gears. He found his calling that same year when he became a licensed real estate agent. With licence in hand, Nick quickly went to work becoming one of the top performing agents in the market and earned multiple accommodations and awards. Nick joined Capital Group in early 2020 with the intention of putting his experience and expertise into action in Idaho.
Nick’s work ethic is based around the philosophy that, “there’s always enough time to do it twice, never enough time to do it right.” Meaning that when he sets out to complete a task, he makes sure he devotes himself to getting it done right the first time. In Nick’s mind, creating a great product, service, or experience is worth going the extra ten miles and clearly defining what is required to get there. Transparency is important in any workplace or relationship, and communication is NOT a dirty word.
Nick and his wife, Michelle, are high school sweethearts and have been married for over 13 years. They have two awesome kids that are heavily involved in academics and athletics. Outside of work, Nick spends multiple weeknights strapping on his hockey pads and slashing it up on the ice. When he’s not slapping shots at the rink, Nick can be found offroading, dune jumping, and camping under the stars with the family.
