I’ve used Sebastian Real Estate on several occasions, RE agent Sanford was attentive, patient and insightful in the process of me purchasing a home and selling mines. I would definitely would recommend their services and especially agent Sanford Booth.

Having Sanford as my agent made my first time home buying experience smooth and easy in this crazy market. He is a true real estate professional that is not only knowledgable and helpful, but also has his clients best interest at heart.

For example, I was willing to waive the home inspection contingency on the house that was perfect for me. I thought doing that was the only way to get my offer accepted given the competitive market at the time. Sanford advised me against it and helped tailor my offer to were we kept the contingency and still got the offer accepted. I feel like a realtor that only cares about making a sale would have agreed with me to waive, but Sanford knew that waiving the home inspection was not in my best interest.

I am very thankful that he was on my side and that I got the perfect home for me. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new home.
