My husband and I absolutely LOVED working with Shawn and Kari! They were great from start to finish. They are an awesome team who truly values their clients’ time and wishes. They take the time to get to know you, discuss in detail how they can help, and then get the job done! They are extremely kind, professional and knowledgeable throughout the real estate buying and selling process. We were over an hour away from the new build we purchased so Shawn went every week and sent us video updates on the construction process. We are so thankful we were referred to the Harger’s!

Kari and Shawn Harger were incredible to work with! My husband and I knew these two years before we bought a home and we knew from that moment on that we would ask them to be our realtors. The Hargers were extremely responsive throughout the process and patient at we searched for our first home. I love that they were both very involved in the process and able to help us through the entire process...including answering our endless list of questions. Kari and Shawn were there to support us at closing and still support us. They have answered our questions about the post buying process, given us recommendations for plumbers, house cleaners, etc, had pizzas delivered to our new house for our friends/family "painting party" and a number of other things. Choose Harger Home Team, you expectations of what the home buying process is will be shot through the roof. I wouldn't want to work with anyone else. Thank you Kari & Shawn!! :)

We could not have asked for better realtors to both sell our home, and find our dream home! Shawn and Kari take what they do to the next level! They took their time to get to know us and find out exactly what we were looking for in a home. No time wasted on homes that were not for us, which cannot be afforded in this Colorado market! They guided us every step of the way, and even went above and beyond to help out, offering solutions, when we ran into a few roadblocks lining up the sell/closing of old home in conjunction with the purchase of new home. They turned what could be a very stressful experience into a positive one. They were even creative enough to get our kids involved with their own “contract” which I thought was genius! So the whole family was on board and excited for such a big transition. A bonus with Shawn and Kari is that they both offer their own unique perspectives to questions, etc. so you have a very well rounded team behind you. They are the most personable, yet professional, realtors you could ask for. They truly care about their clients as if they were family. We cannot say enough great things about the Harger team!

Kari & Shawn are a fabulous team who understand that it is not always easy to find the perfect home quickly. In a crazy market the pressure is on and they are great at keeping the presssure low and guiding the client through the process. They compliment eachother well and make you aware that thjey are just a phone call away (even if you call every 2 minutes! lol). They will go the extra mile and take time out for you and explain or support next steps. New to Colorado, we were lucky to have them! House bought, deal closed in record time, not easy but they got it done! Thx Team Harger!

After living in my home for 42 years it was a hard decision deciding to sell it and move into a smaller place. After Sean and Kari helped me with decisions, guiding me and assuring me they would be there to help me, they made the transition much easier. They did all they said they would plus much more. We bought our first home with Shawn and Kari in April. They were absolutely amazing during the home buying process. As first time home buyers they took the time to educate us on the process before even looking at homes. They made sure to walk us through our first offer and show us many different homes in our budget. I would highly recommend them both for any home buying or selling experience.

Shawn and Kari are the best realtors we've ever had! We have sold and bought with them twice now and will definitely be using them for our next sale whenever that may be. They both are so easy to talk to and take your opinions, wants and needs into consideration. They are professional and provide many different marketing strategies such as advice on staging, professional pictures, brochures and open houses. They have helped up through inspections and walk throughs with honest feedback and advice. You will not be disappointed with these two! They also keep in touch and drop off goodies on our door for holidays, such as pumpkin pies for Thanksgiving 😋. Who doesn't love goodies?! Kari and Shawn are a wonderful realtor duo. They assisted my husband and I with purchasing our first home. We had no clue how to do anything or what the process was and the Hargers took the time to explain everything in full detail. They were extremely transparent and were available to help us a majority of the time. The help did not leave us to fend for ourselves after closing on our home. They are monitoring the market for our area to give us an estimate on what our property is worth. When we had questions (is "x" something normal that is supposed to happen, who do you recommend for "x" service) there is always an answer. Their services provided go above and beyond what I would consider is the job description.
