About Sherry

Sherry is a lifelong resident of the Bay Area and has lived in Walnut Creek since 1994. She got her real estate license in 2001 and has been a full-time realtor. In 2005, after only four years in the business, she earned the CRS credential from the National Association of Realtors. The CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) is the highest credential awarded to residential sales agents, and fewer than 3% of Realtors in the US hold it. In 2015, she passed the rigorous five-hour California real estate exam to become a Broker Associate.

When buyers or sellers have had a negative real estate experience, they feel they have encountered an unpleasant surprise during the process. Sherry prefers to eliminate the surprise factor by preparing her clients for a great experience through clear, consistent communication, her knowledge of local markets, her ability to anticipate issues before they become deal breakers, and her recommending creative solutions to complex problems.

Sherry’s savvy marketing, strategic pricing, strong negotiation skills, hands-on transaction management, and solid commitment to exceptional client service are hallmarks of my business. She is organized, detail-oriented, and super-focused, ensuring every possible detail is addressed during the transaction’s pre-sale and post-contract phases. She has an innate understanding of the real estate industry. She recognizes the importance of developing close working relationships within the brokerage community, where she is respected for her honesty, integrity, and professionalism.

Before real estate, Sherry lived in San Francisco and worked in advertising/marketing for 22 years. She spent nine years at DMB&B, a global ad agency with 52 offices worldwide, as Vice President of Print Production. Later she changed to the vendor side of the business and produced high-end advertising and marketing materials for Fortune 500 companies, including Apple Computer, Starbucks, Disney, Pixar, Baskin-Robbins, Bank of America, Symantec, and Hewlett Packard.
In her spare time, she enjoys cooking and entertaining friends, visiting wineries in Napa and Sonoma, and traveling to Pacific Grove and Sea Ranch.
