During my families search for a realtor, my mother came across Vicki Paparella’s name through google search. After reading about her expertise, she contacted Vicki and knew from the first conversation, she would be the right person to represent them in the sale of their condo. This was by no means ordinary or a straightforward sale as it is tenant occupied, contracted under section 8 and the title was not transferred after the death of their parents making it quite messy and complicated. Vicki also had to and is still handling a delicate tenant situation with compassion and understanding resulting in complete cooperation while assuring they will not need to move before the end of the lease. Every situation placed in front of her is handled with professionalism, patience and kindness.

When it came to my family, she also made them feel assured that their best interest is at hand. Her knowledge of the market in Orange County has been spot on and as a result the condo was priced for the best possible outcome. Vicki Paparella is an excellent realtor. I was hesitant to engage in a short sale but Vicki convinced me it was in my best interest. Vicki worked with a sense of urgency that I truly appreciated. She managed to sell my house in a short period of time. I was very impressed by how she interacted with the banks on a daily basis to ensure that the sale was moving along, and by how she kept me informed as well. Vicki is personable, honest, and fair. She is also determined. She will your house or find you your dream home. That's just who she is! I would recommend Vicki Paparella to anyone...

No disappointment here with using Vicky as our agent. I doubt if there is a harder worker. We suddenly inherited 5 properties in a trust w needing someone with experience to guide us through the steps of what we wanted to accomplish. Vicky has very good communication skills and is very personable in a professional way. We have used her in the past and referred her to our friends.

We met Vicki who was hosting an open house and were impressed with the way she had staged the home which sold that day. She was very knowledgeable about the property and equally interested in the prospective buyers. We asked Vicki to sell our home and she advised us on how to stage it and our home sold quickly. Vicki communicated with us throughout the process and we felt she was looking out for our best interests at all times. She is enthusiastic about her job and very supportive of her clients. My husband and I were ready to give up on finding our dream home when we met Vicki. She was so accomodating in showing us the property within an hour of our first conversation. Vicki felt like a friend and we could tell she was not only selling a house, but wanted to make sure it was the right house for us. Vicki is a wonderful Agent and I highly recommend her. She communicated with us ever step of the way and made us feel comfortable with every decision we made. We trusted her so much with the sale of our home that we felt we could leave on vacation while the home was for sale and knew our home was in good hands. She always put our needs first and did an excellent job explaining every step along the way. Selling our home for the first time could have been stressful however, our experience was stress-free and I know it is because Vicki's experience and responsiveness helped ease us through the process.

With the help of Vicki, my husband and I finally got our dream home!

Vicki was there for us every single step of the way and in any way we needed. We have been looking for a home in a specific community and Vicki made sure we were always the first people called to check the homes out. She gave us great advice and fought for us to be able to live in our dream home. The whole process was quick and smooth. We closed in three weeks!

Vicki went out of her way to accommodate us since we bought a fixer upper and was available to us at any time. She always went above beyond and allowed us to into the house to have contractors look at the house with the sellers approval. We asked Vicki to meet us so that a contractor could give us an estimate. She was busy at the time, but said she would rearrange her schedule so that it would work with our schedule. When she came, she even brought homemade brownies! Who does that!!!?!? Thank you so much Vicki!!
