When we started our process, I was worried that it would take us very long time because it is hard to find a house which satisfies all members of my family. Vincent managed to help us view so many houses in one day. Then, we were able to find our dream house in only 3 weeks. He helped us to get offer accepted at the asking price. During escrow, he helped to resolve all stress and nervousness of first home purchase. We closed escrow in 3 weeks. We finally got our wonderful house in total of 6 weeks. Before we contacted Viet, we understood that our case was very difficult. We told him our situation, and we understood that if he refused to work with us. Surprisingly, he accepted and helped us during 2 months and a half to get our house. With limited budget, Viet gave us valuable advice to make our offers stronger. The market was in his hand. He knew what he should do to win the offers. He always answered phone no matter it was weekend. His professional working skill will support any customers that he works with. During COVID pandemic, house market was on fire. With low interest rates and high demand of houses due to Work from Home, people were hunting for houses like there was no tomorrow. To be frank, I was one of them, yet I was very new to the market with zero experience. As a first-time buyer, you tend to have so much fear and hesitation and want to be taught as much as possible to do well in a hot market. I actually had a random agent I met on LinkedIn before Viet. I was barely taught a single thing. I went to see houses and made a few bids, but they were all losers. I didn't get the good vibe from that that random agent that I would win in the market. I was discouraged and thought I wouldn't be able to find a place for myself until I met Viet. Viet was just the guy I wanted to have as my agent. He's a great guy - friendly, knowledgeable, and straightforward. In other words, he is like that one smart friend that you can always talk to. He had done an exceptional job as my agent. He set the right expectation. He try to find you the right place. Pretty much, he seems to know your sweet spot. Overall, great guy! I would work with him again in the future. I also wouldn't mind having to go out to recommend him to friends and family.
