Hi there, we are Steve and Wendy Meredith, a dedicated husband-and-wife real estate team whose journey into the industry is rooted in personal experience and a genuine passion for helping others find their place to call home. Originally from Washington State, they bring a strong work ethic, integrity, and a people-first approach to every client relationship.
Before planting roots in Arizona, Steve and Wendy spent two years living in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. During that time, Steve worked as a real estate agent, gaining valuable international experience and insight into different markets and client needs. That chapter of their lives gave them a unique perspective on relocation and the emotions that come with making big moves—something they now use to better serve their clients.
After their time in Mexico, they made the move to Arizona to build their real estate careers together. Today, they proudly live in the Eastmark community, one of the most sought-after master-planned neighborhoods in the East Valley. Being active members of the community allows them to offer clients firsthand knowledge of the lifestyle, amenities, and value that Eastmark and surrounding areas provide.
With over six years of experience in Arizona real estate, Steve and Wendy have built a reputation for being knowledgeable, responsive, and truly invested in their clients’ success. Having personally bought and sold homes throughout their lives, they understand the process from both a professional and personal standpoint.
