The school serves the Bolton, Riverside, Hills Park and Whittier Mill neighborhoods of Upper Westside under the guiding principles of the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme. Bolton Academy’s location in Upper Westside is ideal for the nature-lovers. You will find the Whetstone Creek Trail just south of the school, paralleling the campus up through the Bolton neighborhood. The trail ends at the Whetstone Wetland, a nature preserve with bamboo forests and native species.
