GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

While there are a lot of different class options and opportunities, if you are struggling in a class it is hard to find help. As well, school spirit is not great and safety can be a concern.

I never felt an overall connection to the school, however I was able to make many friends and meet many people. The quality of teachers ranged from teachers who obviously did not like their jobs to teachers who were passionate and created connections with their students

I enjoyed the wide variety of dual enrollment and career pathways, I think the administration could be better but that may just be APS' fault
