Headquarters did a good job of making me into the person that I am today by preparing me for the real world and self directing my own education and career. All of the teachers that I had were super nice and considerate but the lack of organization and communication among parents and administration was disappointing. but other than that I really enjoyed my time at Headwaters.

The school has a lot of potential to be great. However, it doesn't give a lot of opportunity for growth to students and can feel slow.

Headwaters School has been a nightmare for my children and family. This is not a 'Montessori' school. It is a self-described 'experiment' that has failed. Do not let your children be lab rats. I do not want to see this happen to any other family. Stay away.

Outstanding in every way. Our son has been a part of this school from pre-school all the way up to now (4th grade). Constantly impressed, and feel so lucky we discovered them when we did. Guides are great, admin great, physical environment great. The kids are thoughtful and good-natured, and the par...

This is most evident in the middle school. The lower campuses which are in South Austin and the High School are pretty strong and stable. Th...
