Home of the Rockets, Bay High School is a National Blue Ribbon School with about 800 students between ninth and twelfth grades and a student-to-teacher ratio of 14-to-1. Bay High School offers a challenging curriculum, with an especially stellar math program. Students may take any number of Advanced Placement classes including calculus, chemistry, computer science, English language and composition, Spanish literature and culture, French, art history and more. Bay High School is also known for its high-achieving choir and band which includes a marching band, drumline, chamber orchestra and pit orchestra. Students can also train as Rockettes. Bay offers an extensive list of athletics which includes football, soccer, cross country, golf, tennis, volleyball, basketball, swimming and many more. Bay High School helps students become accomplished, altruistic and well-rounded citizens by providing a variety of service and honors clubs such as Model UN, student council, National Honors Society and Project Earth in addition to a variety of other areas in which they may become involved. The school also allows its young learners to explore an array of extracurricular options such as Stagecrafters and technology club.

Not a bad experience overall. Helpful teachers, good music program, etc. My main complaint is the lack of diversity.

Bay is a very tight knit community and therefore, so is Bay High. Everyone is involved in something and it makes the school as a whole feel like a second home.

Bay High school was an excellent learning environment. Many of the teachers there invest a lot of time into their students and into their curriculum.
