Both of my kids are at GISB, and we love it. I wanted my kids to be bilingual because I am half-Austrian, but I didn't know how much I would love the school and community. Parents are very involved, and it is a close group of people. The school is truly international, which was important to me, and there is so much attention on the kids. I also love that it is truly a bilingual school. My kids are 5 and 7, and they are fluent in both English an German.

I am a current employee and former parent at GISB. I find it a very welcoming, engaged, and progressive community of learning and culture for anyone interested in bilingual education and the opportunities this opens.

Our daughter attended GISB from nursery school through middle of 7th grade. We liked the school for the early elementary years and she became fluent in German (not spoken at home).
