GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Brookline High properly prepared me for the course load and expectations of a high achieving university.

I started my high school experience in Tennessee, and I found that BHS was not only very accepting but extremely helpful. The resources and counseling availability at BHS made me feel supported. The administration and staff was very involved and dedicated to helping students as well as getting to know them on an individual basis.

I've really enjoyed my experience at this school. I've had some wonderful teachers and I feel very prepared to enter college. It's nowhere near perfect but I can't imagine going anywhere else for high school

We moved to Brookline, in part because of the excellent school system, and have not been disappointed. Our oldest is now a freshman in college at one of the world's best schools and our youngest is thriving here.
