GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

School isn't bad, good for math and sciences, physics, computer science etc. Lots of APs and Honors classes to take.

For the past 3 years, I have been attending this school, a few things stood out to me. The good ones were the academic classes they provided, and the amount of clubs they have. But the things I did not life were the teachers and the school lunch.

Midwood is a good high school where there are lots of good teachers and understanding counselors. The only bad thing is that the school has too much students for a small campus.

Everything about this school is below average by far. 95% of the teachers give either work thats too easy to the point we don't learn, or teach very poorly. The other 5% of teachers are decent but the work is still not up to par with other schools in course rigor. You may get good scores in class un...

Horrible in dealing with personal issues (sexual assault and stuff) and unsafe environment with minimal security that doesn’t stop intruders from entering. They don’t have security protocols like metal detectors nor ID scanning like other Brooklyn schools

Amazing school! The teachers are very good and they give lots of work, but not a lot to overwork yourself. You learn a lot from them and they are super nice. The students are also super nice.
