The teachers and administration went out of their way to connect on a personal level with students. The science and math departments were excellent and they offered many in-school duel enrollment options. The arts and clubs opportunities were somewhat lacking, however, they are making a serious effort to grow in those areas and it is working.

Shalom was a fantastic school that prepared me for life. What stands out to me the most during my years as a student was the compassion and care the teachers showed me. Also the way Scripture was interwoven throughout the entire curriculum. The Biblical foundation Shalom gave me was worth every penny my parents spent on my education. I was also well prepared for college and found that the high level of academics was unique and helped me adapt to college rigor easily. I loved the community of Shalom and my husband and I chose to send our children there when it was time to make the important school decision.

I don't think the teachers care as much as they could. Our administration is not well equipped to help students who have issues involving teachers.

I liked this school up until the middle of high school. Certain aspects of what makes our school OURS, were fading. The small school feel dwindled, it became more about money and trying to squeeze it out of everyone and less about the quality of education of each student. it also seems to be steerin...
