The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.
The Test Score Rating reflects annual state test results for this school compared with scores statewide.

This school not only lets you express who you are as a person by different activities and classes, but they are also very passionate about athletics. All of my best memories have been at basketball or football games cheering on our team. Our school is not a large school, and i am thankful for that for it lets me connect with teachers, get more one-on-one time when i need help, and become friends with everyone in school. I would choose this school again because of their exceptional hospitality.

We don't have a "Bullying policy" to my knowledge. If you feel you're being bullied, tell a teacher. We do not have searches at our school which sometimes can make me feel unsafe, but a lot of this has to do with the funding we don't have access to. Our school nurse is only accessible 2 days out of the week, she comes from the health clinic and provides resources to anybody. This school does not have a lot of safety measures.

There are very few extracurricular activities at our school. Not only do we not get enough funding to have those activities, but most of the teachers live out of town and cannot stay after school to have a club. At our school we have the FFA club, the FBLA club, Knowledge bowl, and a Science club. The clubs are some-what committed but i rarely hear of them.
When we first moved here based on the reviews, I was worried to send my kid here. Now that she has graduated and saw first hand how it runs, I'm glad we did. First, if your an engaged parent that doesn't believe the world revolves around your kid (your child is part of the world), and excuse their b...

I am not proud to be a chimacum cowboy. They act like its okay to treat us with such disrespect. Most teachers ther...
This school is a very fine school with low student to teacher ratio and well qualified and experience teachers. Definitely a premium school in a low cost of living community. Perfect for telecommuting or military parents. Small town community with large city type of education and sports experience.
